Annual NCUK International Foundation Year Project Presentations

One of the prerequisites of the NCUK International Foundation Year programme (IFY) is the presentation of a chosen topic, which the students research and make a formal presentation on before a panel of assessors.

The exercise for the 2012/2013 academic year commenced on the 3^rd of June, 2013 with about 55 IFY students scheduled to make presentations. The topics of the presentations are drawn from the 3 streams of the programme-Engineering, Business and Law. With this diversity, the audience made of lecturers, fellow students, the Managing Director of the college (Dr.(Mrs) C. O Ogunsanya) and the College Principal (Ms.Carol McHale), cannot but be educated with interesting and contemporary topics such as “Effects of Hip-Hop on Teenagers and Parents”, “Effects of Cyber Bullying”, “Music and Effects on Teenage Psychology” to name a few.

Kudos to the students for making spirited efforts, displaying maturity, soundness of mind and intellectual acumen in making their presentations and also to the IFY lecturers, Mrs.Erukuebami and Mrs.Idahosa for preparing the students.
