OTC students take part in “Thinking Skills” programme

On Saturday our students took part in a programme designed to help with their self-management skills as they approach the complete independence of university. The programme, titled “Thinking Skills” exposes our students to problem-solving, conflict resolution, analysing arguments and generally helping them to organise their thoughts and analyse other people’s  thought process. Dr Ruwan and Dr Toluwanimi did a great job engaging the students on this challenging topic. Many of our students were visibly stretched by the series of exercises they undertook. As always it’s a privilege to see our students blossom.  The old adage “Outside of the comfort zone is where the magic happens” holds true.

We’ve got our Universities Fair coming up on the 12th of Feb! We’ve gathered universities from the UK, USA, Canada, Ghana, Nigeria and other parts of the world and invited representatives to give our students, and members of the public interested in participating, the opportunity to make all the enquiries about international and local study they may have. Make sure you take advantage of the opportunity and register your interest on the Facebook event page.
