Another exciting Christmas Celebration at Oxbridge

It was another exciting time in the college, as it hosted its  16th Annual Family Christmas Concert, on the 16th of December, 2014.

The event commenced at 5pm with a goodwill message by the Principal of the College, Ms. Carol Scott, who set an exciting tone for what  would be a fulfilling night, as she spoke on  the universality of the celebration of Christmas.

Other events such as Bible passage reading by students and parents followed intermixed with carols and rendition of special numbers by the highly professional Oxbridge Choir. The Oxbridge Staff too were not left, out as they put up an excellent performance.

Some of the highlights of the night were a drama presentation entitled ‘Inconsequential ‘by the college Drama team, where the true essence of Christmas was comically presented to the admiration of the audience. The message of the evening delivered by Rev.Bola Osinupebi however brought all us to the reality of the reason for the season, which is to show and share love.

The time fleeted on smoothly and when the programme ended at around 8 pm.it was as if the day is just about to break. Kudos to the Events Committee and all members of staff for their cooperation in making the day a huge success.

ONCE AGAIN, WE WISH EVERYBODY A HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND A PROMISING NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE.
